HOW IT WORKS

 

Shipping instructions

 

1. Enter your information and choose your item(s)

2. Check your email for confirmation and shipping label

3. Package your item(s) and place shipping label on package

4. Place the package in your mailbox or drop off at the post office. 

 

 

COMMON RETURN QUESTIONS

What items are returnable?

  • Items delivered within 20 days
  • Unworn/unused items
  • All original tags still attached
  • Package intact

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
  • Gift cards
  • Items with GO Tag removed
  • Original shipping charges unless it was our mistake

 

How soon will I get my refund or exchanged item(s)?

  • Once we receive your returned item and it is approve for return or exchange, will will refund your order amount or immediately ship your new item(s). This takes about 2 to 5 business days to receive your refund or new item(s).
